Tony Will has served as the president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of CF Industries Holdings, Inc., since January 2014. Mr. Will joined CF Industries in 2007 as vice president, corporate development. He was promoted to vice president, manufacturing and distribution in 2009 and senior vice president, manufacturing and distribution in 2012.
Mr. Will is a member of the Business Roundtable, a steering member of the Hydrogen Council, and serves on the executive board of the International Fertilizer Association and the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers.
In September 2021, Mr. Will was elected as an independent director to the board of directors of Olin Corporation.
Before joining CF Industries, Mr. Will was a partner at Accenture Ltd., a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Sears, Roebuck and Company, Fort James Corporation, and Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Will holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and an M.M. degree (M.B.A.) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Chris Bohn was appointed CF Industries’ executive vice president and chief operating officer and elected to the Company's Board of Directors in February 2024. As chief operating officer, he leads CF Industries' manufacturing, distribution, sales, and supply chain organizations, as well as its clean energy initiatives.
Mr. Bohn previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2019-2024; senior vice president, manufacturing and distribution, from 2015-2019; vice president, supply chain, from 2014-2015; and vice president, corporate planning, from 2010-2014. He joined CF Industries in September 2009 as director, corporate planning and analysis.
Mr. Bohn serves on the executive board of The Fertilizer Institute.
Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. Bohn served as chief financial officer for Hess Print Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was vice president global financial planning and analysis for Merisant Worldwide, Inc.
Mr. Bohn earned his BS degree in Finance at Indiana University and also holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Greg Cameron joined CF Industries as executive vice president and chief financial officer in June 2024. Mr. Cameron most recently served as president and chief financial officer of Bloom Energy, a global leader in solid oxide fuel cell technology. He joined Bloom Energy in 2020 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Bloom Energy, Mr. Cameron held a series of senior roles at General Electric over 26 years, including president and chief executive officer, global operations-GE Company from 2018 through 2019, and president and chief executive officer, global legacy solutions-GE Capital from 2016 through 2018.
Bert Frost is executive vice president, sales, market development and supply chain. He joined CF Industries in November 2008. Prior to that, he was with Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), one of the largest agricultural processors in the world, where he had served as managing director, International Fertilizer and Inputs based in Switzerland since early in 2008. Earlier, he was director of the Fertilizer, Logistics, and Ports divisions for ADM based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Frost holds a B.S. degree in Business from Kansas State University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
Martin Jarosick was named vice president, treasury and investor relations, of CF Industries in April 2022. Previously, he had served as vice president, investor relations, since joining the Company in 2017. Prior to joining CF Industries, Mr. Jarosick served as treasurer and vice president, investor relations at Axiall Corporation. Before Axiall, he held various positions in treasury, strategic planning, and investor relations with The Home Depot and Progress Energy.
